At BrightaSkin™, we work with trusted logistics partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Shipping times vary based on your location. All delivery timelines are estimated and may be subject to delays during peak periods.

Order Processing Time

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don’t see your tracking email after shipping, check your spam folder or contact us at hi@brightaskin.com.


International Shipments & Customs

International orders may experience delays due to customs or import checks. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect details may be returned or delayed.

Due to high demand during November–December, delivery times may extend. We recommend placing holiday orders early to avoid delays.


Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is shown as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

✅ Front door / safe drop area
✅ With neighbours / building reception
