✅ Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders immediately so we’re unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.
Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
✅ Returns
We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase required

You must email us first for approval and instructions

For hygiene and skincare safety standards, used or opened items cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
✅ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will replace or refund based on your preference.
✅ Allergic Reactions / Sensitivity
We always recommend reviewing the ingredient list prior to purchase.
We cannot provide refunds for personal sensitivities or reactions.
✅ 30-Day Satisfaction Program
We want you to enjoy your self-care experience with BrightaSkin™.
If you’re not satisfied after trying the product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

No more than 2 masks from your order have been used

Packaging for remaining masks is unopened and in good condition

Photo evidence may be requested to confirm eligibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
This applies to first-time purchases only and excludes subscriptions or repeat orders.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where misuse or abuse is suspected (e.g., all masks opened or used).
✅ Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.
✅ Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address entered by the customer:

Original shipping cost is non-refundable

A 15% restocking fee applies
BrightaSkin™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
✅ Subscriptions (if enabled later)
To cancel a subscription, email hi@brightaskin.com before your renewal date.
Subscription orders already processed cannot be refunded.
✅ Free Gifts
One free gift per order (when offered).
If a gift is added to multiple orders or in error, we reserve the right to adjust.

BrightaSkin™ may update this policy at any time.
Changes apply immediately upon posting.
